I see a lot of different bases for th8 and other lvls too. I only have ever seen designs for completely upgraded defenses. I am upgrading to th8 in 3 days and wondered if there is a good strategy for that transition period when some of my defense is still under construction. Thanks

Keep your town hall level 7 base and just build all of the new buildings outside until they are the same level as your current ones, and then change your base.
