This is my second thread in 10 minutes, and I have another problem. If you read my other thread, it states that I am now in the TH7 range and around 1300 trophies and believe it or not, I cannot find any raids over 100k. Sometimes, I'll admit I get lucky and get a 200k raid but after that it takes tons of gold to find another worthy base. Sometimes I play this at school, and it gets annoying when I'm sitting there for 10- 20 minutes looking for a worthy base to raid. I don't know what I should do at this point, as I have been everywhere from 1500 trophies to 1100 trophies and usually nothing over 80k of each resource crosses my path. I could really use some help here, as relying on my mines and pumps to collect the gold / elixer that I need, isn't really cutting it at a kind of early TH7 where you have all these high amount upgrades.

Try to raid for longer periods of time instead of raiding a few times and logging off, then breaking shield and raiding again, etc... That way you won't be exposed to raids as often and if you do get hit, can let the shield ride for awhile and let your pumps/mines build up a bit of resource for you.

Raiding a couple-few times a day for an hour or more with at least 6 hours between sessions would be good probably if that fits your schedule. If you only get 15-20 minutes in for a raid session and are constantly cancelling out your shields then it may be tough to gather and keep much in the way of resources.

Nobody raids me, so I don't have to worry about that stuff. I just collect and raid as I go.

That's weird - I am in the 1200s, and all I find is 200k+ raids. Maybe drop 100 trophies?

I raid in little bursts like that and get by just fine. I can get 3 million easily if i am able to raid all day. During school, however, i do try and raid in longer periods of time because i don't play at school. It all depends on your schedule.

About how many bases do you skip or how long do you skip bases when you raid? I usually search from 2 mins to 10 mins to find a desirable base. You may not be skipping long enough, I farm at about 1400 trophies and see reasonable raids all the time (for a town hall 8 at least).

A good strat is to kinda trophy push towards the upper end of you'r farming range then either barch or bam. if you find 80k in collectors and just take em out with a few troops and quit the fight lossing trophies it is still ok since you have some trophy leeway(sp?).

Lots of smaller quick raids can be effective also. as long as you'r only using 50-80 troops you'r fine.

Well this isn't my problem because I search for around 10 - 20 minutes and end up wasting tons of gold.

Also all the raids that I see are in the storages of some amped up base in the middle so with my army comp. I don't have the firepower to get into those level 6-7 walls. I usually use Goblins and Archers with 6 Wall breakers and Giants.

I find myself having to gem sometimes because I can't find/ raid the amount of resources I need to get the upgrade I want.

a TH7 is when you can stop being afraid of purple walls once you have lvl 4 troops. wallbreakers, giants, dragons, balloons, wizards. rage. ability to use 3 spells. give those purple walls hell sir!

Be afraid of skulls though =) and certainly anything higher.

I'm th7 with a similar trophy range as you. I can find bases in less than 5min with 400-500k+ loot. Maybe the time of day is causing your problems, but I've never had your issue. Been farming here for a couple weeks.
