Errrmm... is that Simon's COC on his Ipad? If so, then why would it have that 'double sword' button if the update has not been released globally?
But then again.... why is it that the achievements button has moved to bottom right hand corner? So, it cannot be Simon's COC.
But then again (again), if this is not Simon's COC, then we may not be getting Clan Wars (although I do not really mind).

Watch other channels!!! Daddy explains what the deal is with those iPads! They are not live! They're just using the dev sandbox. So why would there be a clan wars button in a not live sandbox mode? There is no "find a match" match button in our single player levels, BECAUSE ITS NOT RELEVANT!!!! What you see in the videos has NOTHING to do with the actual live version of the game. My God! You people jump to conclusions and freak out so easily!!! Honestly, after reading all the speculation on the forums over the past months, I am willing to bet, no one has gotten anywhere close to being correct when it comes to what the update will hold. I really hope the update comes soon, not that I care what it holds, I'm just tired of the same 3 threads being repeated over and over. For a free game, these forums are littered with impatient, greedy, complaining, entitled, cheap, members! Just play the game and get good at what you have to work with!
So much speculation in this thread based on one blurry ipad screen and the absence of a logo that no one has information about

Most likely the developer ipad is updated with the current version of the game and therefore doesn't have the CW-button added...

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but if you look at the top right there is a white D. Chief Pat released a video of him raiding on a developer's iPad. The developer iPad had a white D on the top right corner. exactly like in the picture above.

Look how Simons thumb is just perfectly over the Attack button, and you know how the Clan mail and attack defense stuff button and the league button is there? well if you look at his vid, the league button was put where the achievements button was and the achievements button was moved over to where the settings and Edit mode buttons are, therefore there is a new button in place over where the league button was, just above the attack button, just below the clan mail button.

This thread... 1 button doesn't determine wether clan wars will be released or not. For all we know that button may be for the developers to go into the mode where you can have 300 of every troop/spell. STOP SPECULATING. As always, Hail Based Pineapple.
