I'm close to 100k DE.
I have been thinking about whether I should upgrade minions to level 6 - or continue to use DE on my heros.
I use ballone, minions quit alot - but the major question is: Is minions worth the 100k DE?

Imho it's worth it, and therefore i'll upgrade them to lvl 6 as soon as i get to th 10.

Any increase will help and improve your chances but personally I think the final minion upgrade is the most expensive & smallest increase of all the units, theirs a huge difference in the final upgrade of all other units, but even a maxed out minion is getting killed in one shot by any air attacking tower.
Maybe the question would be better answered by someone who has upgraded and can tell if it maxes big difference to them

If you have lvl 5 Minions and raid people with mid to high defense, so No! You will not see any different
- If you farming and just raids people with bad defense like lvl 1 Air Defense, so yes! Lvl 1 Air Defense need 2 shoots to kill a lvl 6 Minions- And that can make a different!

Both hero's are at level 23, so whatever I do, I have to use 100k+ DE. I'll stick with heros if not minions is worth it compared to heros ..

If You are farmin or pushing for cups in Master you should not be worry about Dark Exilir, there are tons of Dark Exilir up here... Upgrade both... Heroes and Dark troops...
My hero's are sleeping 24/7. I can't farm 300k DE in just 7 days..

Is worth it to upgrade lvl 6 archers? Lvl 4 x bow? lvl 6 light spell? Maybe not but the purpose of the game is to maxed all your base to be unbeatable. So, not sure if it worth 100k DE but yes I will upgrade them one time or another.

Yes i think its worth it because Balloon Stratigies Become Way easier and Even BAMs.. i use BAM in gold 1-3 and Baloons in crystal 1-3
