Yes, cancel your th9 upgrade and max everything at th8 (possibly except for DE troop upgrades)

Rushing you'll regret. I regret my rush to TH 8 so yehh cancel it...
Def cancel! Your AT needs upgrading big time, and do the walls. Better now in th 8 then in th 9 when it is harder to farm
Your lab still has so much to do, I would be staying TH8 for a while yet to work on that. Offensively you can still improve quite a bit where you are because of it. And IMO that is the main reason to upgrade - better offense.
