What is the issue you are having with the base? It looks ok storages are a tad exposed but not bad. If I had to guess your getting raided a lot because you upgraded all your collectors so high. Makes for easy raids in my eyes when I see maxed collectors that are easy to get to.

Try going to a funneling base design. There are several guides here in the forums and on YouTube about funneling bases for many th levels. That will be your best bet that or go to a farming style with exposed th so you get free cheap shields.
