You are kind of right, you see this is a clan recruitment banner, i requested a sig from a different store but i didnt have enough posts for a banner there so i looked for another shop and I was like "This person seems great at making banner! I'll ask him!"

Edit: I meant the person i requested a sig from doesn't make banners.
