In terms of the bigger picture, it is the same. Same number of upgrades gets completed each week, just different distribution.

Solution? Be part of the group that has the advantage, as simple as that.
That would b true if the rate of loot out was the same as the rate of loot in.

For example we have pot "p" in everyones storages... And mines add 5 gold to pot "p" every day, players spend 5 gold every day on upgrades that they raided from pot p.

    So we have (p+5-5)=p
    We have a balance

Boosting barrax players can now raid more and spend 10 gold per day but mines still produce 5. So we have

    (P+5)-10=p-5

Every day we will see the pot getting smaller n smaller and yeah some players have the advantage but how long will this last? Every day the players with "the advantage" will be fighting for a smaller and smaller pot

I agree with you Abc, there are only four ways to get resources; collectors, league bonus, solo missions and gems.

Once you have done the solo missions that income is no longer available.

Collector income has been static since when TH8 was the max (except addition gold/goo collector at TH10).

So yes if you raid more and win you will get more league bonuses. But the league bonuses is not that generous. So I think the overall trend with cheap barrack boosting is a spiral affect with less loot in the game to raid. So the byproduct will be more players spending gems for resources or quitting.

I totally agree. Another by-product of the barrack boosting is as time goes on, you will be have to play longer and longer to get the same amount of resources. So if you are boosting barracks you will have to do it for longer, obviously using more gems.

The final out come will be if you do not boost the barracks, the game will be unplayable. To be honest since I do not gem, it is getting very close to be unplayable now.

P+5-5 = P is not a balance. That would mean that gold from collectors are enough to sustain all upgrades at a satisfying pace, which is not the case nor was it ever the intention.

This is a zero sum game. The gold exiting the system had always been higher than gold into the system, or else everyone would max TH10 within a year of playing.

There's an average expected "time" for a player to farm say 10 million gold, and this "time" is what SC use to judge whether or not the game is balanced. As long as this average "time" stays within SC's desired range (determined by game longevity and expected time spend at each TH level), the loot is considered as balanced and sufficient.

The boost merely increases the variance of this "time" between individual players, while maintaining the average.

Raiding does not take out resources from the system, upgrading items does.

With raiding, the resources only move from 1 player to the other player.
And the player with the most raids get the most resources and can do the most upgrades.

So the barrack boost has no effect on the total resources in the system, it only effects who can do the most upgrades.

Your either trolling or don't understand basic economics and maths. Either way it's not worth trying to explain something so basic.

Do people boost and raid more just to have their resources sitting in their storages?

    Yes it does.

Elixer and dark elixer disappears every time you train a troop. More raiding means more troops being trained
Gold disappears every time you hit the next button. More people shearching means the next button gets hit more
Elixer disappears every time a spell is used. More raiding means more spells get used
Gold disappears every time a trap is re armed. More raiding means more traps are set off.

This isn't rocket science and is the sort of thing you should understand by the time you are 13-14.

Very true, we also know that when more people play (like at the weekends and post update), there is less loot in the system. So if you can raid more frequently it has the same effect.

So the conclusion is that we will have the best loot if nobody is raiding?

Better tell SC to decrease player activity then.

Forced 1 day break for every 5 hours playing.
