Pushing trophies for your clan? Well this works to as far as I've seen, Crystal I. Doesn't even matter what level troops you have!
If you're looking to push open town halls are easy quick trophies. Try to resist farming bases, and if you do, try your best to get at LEAST 50% so you can get 1 star. Protect your town hall as best as possible and never sleep on a lot of resources. Before going to sleep/taking a break use extra gold on walls and/or fill barracks with troops to use up elixir. When you get back online you can always cancel the troops and regain elixir! As you progress though, you will see less and less open town halls. Be sure to look out for traps & teslas!
Better advice would be to just cook barb and arch non stop and don't worry about how many resources you have or your town hall and just snipe town halls and you can push way faster than trying to reach 50% on a base...
I pushed 600 trophies in a few hours and the one attack i got took 10 trophies and 100k gold in crystal 3 on my TH7 by sniping one storage and my TH. So i would say gain 600 trophies and loose 10 a day and loose 100k out of 4mil resouces is an effective day of pushing...
