I wonder if it would consider a player such as myself. I am a:

TH8, maxed all buildings and defenses, and almost all troops (just a couple of DE troops to go)
Almost all walls at lvl 7, and not upgrading TH until all walls are lvl 8.
I am a very good donator, my ratio is is very generous.
I am very active in clan wars, I can win stars up to low level TH9..... and I'm always looking to improve.
