Haha, yes, you have to use both attacks every war. Non-war participants usually get kicked if they never use their attacks.

Hey Ally! Go ahead and join Jedi Legacy. Everyone there is awesome and friendly, and donations fill really quickly! Legacy has clan wars every Friday and Tuesday (I believe).
