Is it worth getting barbarian king to 17 at town hall 8?

I forgot he maxed at 10, and just looked at an upgrade chart cost for him and went down to where he costs around 80k which is level 17, so that's where that came from.
Since it is only level 10 I will defiantly be maxing him out. Thanks everyone.

I highly recommended maxing the king at Th8, as he's allot more powerful and there are 20 more levels in Th9 to upgrade. Its not so bad in Th9 but if you ever want to trophy push or farm in masters having high level heros is a must.
