I just bougth up to 5 builder on my little account.... I don't think they could pull this off as it would make the gap between gemming and non-gemming progress even bigger. I think in that case, SUPERGREEDY is the right word to use.

I assume there is going to be a new barrack that trains them and it is going to cost gold and to upgrade elixir, and training the units will cost dark elixir with a max cost of a 1000. If they didn’t introduce a new barrack, there will be level 11 barracks. These are going to be daily basis troops like archers or barbarians.
