Jeff is correct. These are troops and not heros powered by Dark Elixir (makes sense for Supercell to encourage recurring use of DE). So, be ready to fill in the max DE storage time and again.

So, we need a lab and barrack (as Jeff pointed out).

How I know for sure, well file name of pic they loaded is coc_siloutte_darkTroops_final.png
