I'm not sure about the farm machines as I've not encountered that. But on the lure and net making machines there is a limited before production is full and it's ~10.

I heard that the limit is 50 for most production machine.
Your mine has no limit though. You can stack those ores up as much as you like.

How do i not collect ores from the mine? You must empty all before you can throw another bomb in right?
The way to pile up items at the foot of your machines or at the mine is to make sure your barn is completely full and incapable of storing anything else. Then, what you produce piles up in front of the machines.
The mine is a tad different as it does not have a production queue to fill. For the mine, ensure that your barn is completely full. Use a TNT, dynamite, or shovel on the mine. That now leaves one space available in your barn. Then pick up an item from another machine...bread, popcorn, juice, whatever. Now your barn is full again. Use another excavation item on the mine. You now have, again, one space available in your barn. Again, pick up an item from another machine to fill your barn. Just keep repeating this until you are depleted of all TNT, dynamite, and shovels. Then just leave the ore pile there until you're ready to load your smelters.
