My picture not showing up

Mine does that all the time and then resolves itself eventually. I always wonder if I have changed something accidentally but I really don't think I have!

I have the same problem as you. My pic has become the default pic again for some reason and I can't do anything about it

It has been like this for around 2-3 weeks even though my FB pic still working perfectly. I wonder if my neighbor can see my pic or not. Maybe it's only my ipad that can't see my own picture.... I dunno.

Oh wow... Thanks a lot for merging both thread here. Now I know there's so many ppl that has the same problem. Thanks a lot for all the devs that trying to solve this issue too.

To provide some information for the devs, My device is an Ipad3 running on ios 7.0.4. My device is connected to both FB and GC. I have FB picture but no GC picture(So my in-game pic is my FB pic). My in-game picture used to show up normally until around two weeks ago. It suddenly disappeared for no reason at all.

I have already try(to no avail)...
-Sign out and sign in with FB
-Change FB pic
-Reset the game.

It's good to know it's still being looked into. Not sure if this is useful but every other game that I'm connected to through Facebook is not experiencing this problem. I totally understand that there are higher priority problems but I can only hope, Cricks3, that you can understand how frustrating this is for players. I feel as though you're becoming annoyed with us for wanting to feel as though we are being listened to & that this is being addressed. You spent more time and effort explaining the view counter then you did addressing the problem at hand. If this is going to take forever to fix then maybe they can implement a way for us to upload a picture to Hay Day. That would fix everything.

IPad and connected through Facebook. Used to be Facebook pic, then it defaulted to fame center, then disappeared. Short reappearance a few days ago, then gone again

Thanks AuroaSky I agree with you! This problem HAS affected my game playing in that I find myself not playing as much bc I am sick of seeing the default pics instead of the profile pics. Much too annoying!

I'm aware this is frustrating. I have many connections in my game through FB who have suddenly become gingerbread so I understand. I'm not annoyed, and am sorry if I come across that way sometimes. Everyone deserves to be respectfully listened to.

As for spending more time explaining the view counter than addressing the problem, that's because I understand the confusion of the counter and CAN explain it. I don't have an answer to give you on the Facebook issue. I only know that they are working on it, that it may be on FB's end and not HD's, and that it started at the same time that FB initiated their new format. Why it only affects HD, no one knows right now.

As for uploading a picture to Hay Day, that's something that you could post to the ideas and requests section. I'm sorry that I can't give you more than that. No one knows what is causing this problem so a time frame for fixing it cannot be given.

Adding my name to the list of frustrated players seeing all "gingerbread men." The worst part for me is that I can no longer tell what boats I've already helped and will come back a few hours later and fill a crate on a boat I've already filled a crate on. Or I'll avoid filling a crate because I can't remember if I've already helped, and the default avatars don't tell me anything. By the way, it's not just my FB friends whose avatar doesn't show; it's GC friends as well. I do not think this is a FB issue.
