lowest lvl high trophy

What is the highest trophy total you have seen, from someone with a low level. We had someone join that is now lvl 19, with over 1900 trophies. Only lvl 2 barbs and archers, total camp number is 80. She claims that she attacks th 7-10. How the hell is that possible? What have you seen?

I've seen a lvl 13 at masters, like lvl 45 at champion, both TH5 and maxed offense, no defense TH10. I've also seen a TH4 lvl 100

and its possible cuz they snipe THs, exposed ones
