For the cost and troop space your better off bringing a heal spell or 2.. You can still upgrade your barracks as your going to have to do it eventually so i would upgrade on the principle of maxing stuff vs unlocking the healer.

Yes so you can upgrade to get dragons. Also slow down in your town hall upgrades. Absolutely do not upgrade to town hall 8 until you have max army camps, lab upgrades and splash defenses.
