What should I do?

So, I've recently been farming level 8 walls, as a TH 8. It's actually easier than people think, but the catch is, upgrading these walls gets very repetitive and boring. I'm a little over 25% done. I'm the co-leader of a donating clan and don't get myself to log on as much as I used to. I really want to completely max out these walls, because if I upgrade to TH 9 before I do, then I'll just be pushing them back for later, which won't solve anything. It's the same thing over and over, cook troops, raid, cook troops, raid, cook troops, raid, upgrade wall, and it's not entertaining. I've completely maxed out everything else on my base, so the walls are the only thing I'm down to. Plus, the loot right now isn't the best so that doesn't help. Any advice? This is just getting on my nerves and I feel someone could point me in the right direction here. Thanks!

I'm about the same lv as you. Done about 2/3's walls to lv 8. Just archer towers left to full upgraded lv 8 th. Personaly I'm not going to sit around farming the rest, when the other upgrades are done I'm going up to lv 9 th.

Just could not have builders sitting around doing nothing while I do my walls. Anyway its just a game if your not having fun and enjoying it, try playing a different way. I usually farm in g1 or cry 3 with barch or bam. Going to drop right down when th levelling up and playaround clubbing baby seals for a while.

I feel your pain, doing walls is terribly tedious and boring. When I was at TH8 I would do 10-12 at a time between upgrades to break up the monotony. Still left me with around 30% to do when everything else was maxed.

Does your clan trophy push? A lot of our members get big chunks of walls done during pushes since they do not want to have too many resources that will attract stronger players looking for loot. Perhaps you can upgrade now and do the lvl 8 walls during pushes.

Our clan really doesn't do pushes, but I get where you are coming from. Did you ever eventually get them finished?

If there's not enough loot, drop trophies until you can get a lot of resources per raid.
