It was fun at TH7, then it got boring. Just farm, upgrade, wait, then farm, upgrade and wait. Same thing everyday and now I am at a point where I just log in to collect resources from collectors twice per day (Morning and night).
Anyone else bored of Clash of Clans?
I have to say though, when there is 1 gem boost (Spell and Barracks) I tend to play more, a lot more than I usually do on other days.
Yeah 1 gem boost makes the game feel so much better. Wish they'd do it more often, although I imagine we'd get used to it and it wouldn't feel special anymore.Originally Posted by Dragonn

if you farm gold in the dumps, with cheap troops, its incredibly boring (i farmed lavas by using hogs so i could core maxed th9s with a 14min army to spice up the monotony). Having a chance of failure helps make things more interesting so try DE farming /trophy+farm where you're more likely to attack active bases.

yup, th9 upgrades all take 4mill+ so I quit, due to lack of motivation, as how enjoyable really is it farming mindlessly? Methinks not very much.
this will most likely be my last post on the forums...
i quit the game 2 weeks ago,i was a maxed out TH8.
it's extremely boring nowadays,better games are coming out and i think this is the final year of clash of clans before it gets lost in the shadows.
i really don't think a 49 MB mobile game is worth my time and effort.

I am still loving the game actually.
Late TH9 I switch between gold farming for walls, DE farming for heroes and cup pushing.
Just mix it up, if you keep using the same army in the same trophy range for too long obviously it will get boring.
It's not SuperCells job to fix that for you, change your priorities to enjoy the other aspects of the game.

Its boring now because theres no variety in gameplay. Healers are completely useless now, so its either baloonions or gowiwi. Insane next pressings and you cant have fun by using other troops configs since loot is insanely hard to get at th10 and they are expensive and take a very long time to make, you cant have profit with that... Wll, just my opinion ofc

Clash Of Clans is a very good game in the beginning but as time goes on it becomes less and less fun to play. All you can do is upgrade wait upgrade wait. The procees is too long and repetitve. All I can do now is chat with my clan mates. They should make an upgrade on the app to change some some the app. I think that the wait to upgrade cannons, town halls is wayyyy too long. They should shorten the time.
