How do you start the Jalapeños? I can't find a bush, a tree a plant to grow in the garden... obviously people are selling them and my level said I was able to do them now... so what's the deal? What am I not seeing?

It doesn't come from a bush. On your farm plot, tap on it, and you will see a small arrow going around tap on that and you'll see the chilli pepper

Restarted the game. Back to the lower levels. Will update my achievements once I get higher levels.
OMG. I just started playing CoC Name: Chief Eagles
They are crops. Tap a field and a gold arrow will appear under the list of crops to plant. Tap the arrow to go to the next page. You will find it there.
I even bought some wondering if I could plant some that way... Still can't they just are not in my list or groups rather of crops to grow... I am guessing they would be by potatoes at this point but my potatoes are just lonely. Any ideas?
Here are some pics of what you should see.
First tap the field and this appears
You can see there are three small circles at the bottom. They represent the number of pages available.
Then tap this symbol
This page will appear, which has the chilli peppers. This page also has indigo and pumpkins, which you should also have at your level. (25)
Potatoes are on page three.

Basically the Jalapeños are just not there for me to plant. I even bought some to see if that would somehow trick it into letting me plant them... but they still didn't show up anywhere but in my silo. I know how to get from screen to screen to plant the different crops... I have plenty of potatoes. I would screen shot it... but I don't know how on an IPad.

They are on your screen shot, Chili Peppers they are known as on Hay Day. Middle picture, above the apples and indigo.

I thought you were talking about chilli peppers, but maybe your talking about coffee beans?
The coffee bush is the last item in the trees and bushes menu.
Do they look like this?
If not, please could you post a screen pic of them?
