Hi

Need advice for which defense should I upgrade first?

Wizard tower, Motar, Air Defence, Tiela, archer Tower or Canon?

I'd suggest wizard towers. They get big increase dps for lvl 7.

Agreed. Weak splash defense hurts you more than strong splash helps you, if that makes sense. Definitely upgrade mortars first, try to start 1 every 2 days. That way, it'll be a lot quicker and you'll only have 3 mortars down for one day.

Keep in mind that point defenses become much more important at higher Town Hall levels (TH9 and TH10). Why? Because the primary troops attacking are often Tier 2 and Tier 3 troops which come in smaller numbers but have higher hit points. For example, a lvl 7 Wizard Tower will take almost twice as long as a lvl 11 Archer tower to kill a Dragon. Factor in the range difference and it gets worse.
