I have up to healers and healing spells.
I have 170 troops.
What's a good attack strategy for getting resources?

Barch (barbs and archers) is good.
Giant-healer also works well.

maxout the army camps as your first priority... it just takes no more than a week...
you should raid with 200 army...
30 extra army is much better than having anything on th7
