Im a 9 day old th9. Go to crystal asap and farmd e, thats what I'm doing my archer queen is already upgrading to lvl 4
Oh and I'm also farming de as much as possible till lv 15 heroes then, i will farm in low master league for gold and de

I am a semi-maxed TH9. I say that I am semi-maxed because I first prioritized all elixir troop upgrades and defense upgrades while I farmed the gold leagues. These have all been maxed since November yet I have still not advanced to TH10. I have spent the last four months upgrading walls, heroes, and DE troops. It has become quite a grind and I wish I would have focused more on DE since the beginning of TH9. I am not saying what you should do, just reporting my own experience.
There are arguments for both ways. If you farm DE and get heroes and dark troops up, it helps when farming for gold. But from farming for gold, I can improve my base which will protect my DE better
I say gold first de later!!!
Any particular reason why?
get your defences and farming troops up in lvl than while doing walls farm de thats what i am planning for I have till 1rst of july then going TH10 check my base if you want also de comes naturally so I do my hroes when I have the de just got minions lvl 5 and bk lvl10
