There are no bad idea's
Old Design - It does a good job but the core is weak and there are a couple of bad junctions. In spite of that raiders rarely get loot, but if they make it to the core it can be bad.
New Design - I like the symmetry of this design, core is stronger, and storage's are in different cells but not fully exposed. With this design as you can see I have more spots than defenses to place into, even though I have bought all that I can for this level, minus the Barbarian King.
New Design V2.0 - Switched the Gold Storage's and Air Defenses, moved some of the other Defenses, and moved the Mortars to be more triangulated.
New Design V3.0 - Switched the Elixir Storage's and Wizard Towers
New Design V4.0 - After seeing that troops could spawn in the west corner, because I forgot you can spawn on top of Traps, I moved around some of the outer building.
New Design V5.0 - This one is a whole new Design. The aim of this one was to think like the higher level Town Halls. Elixir Storage's are not as important and the Hidden Tesla's do a great job of protecting the Gold Storage's. When I get the Barbarian King, I will place him where the Dark Barracks are.

Defense Log - The Bottom Log is Old Design, the middle is New Design, and the top New Design V2.0. All three are loses, but the troops level are high and not a lot of gold is taken.
Defense Log - All three are attacks on New Design V3.0, but only the top one matters. I bet dude was very upset.
Defense Log- All are attacks on New Design V3.0. I know it got 3 starred, but look at the troops, and the flaw on the west side has been fixed.
