Loot Problem (with data)

Went down all the way from Crystal 1 to Crystal 3 within the last 2 Hours. I was nexting over 300 Times, just to find out that there is no loot. It really starts frustrating me.

During our last trophy push i was Crystal 3+ for about 1.5 Weeks. Searched way more than 1000 times, found not a single abandoned base. Only Storage Raids with 200k/200k+ were TH10 with 2 Discotowers and 3 XBows.
Before the push i was Gold 2 and Gold 1 for 2 weeks after Gold 3 dried out: same story.

I guess it hardly depends on the timezone you live. During Daytime in Europe, its really hard to find barely anything.


But yeah i know: "You are in the wrong trophy range, try higher or lower". Can't hear it anymore.

it would be nice if there was an app that you could run before you start playing clash of clans and it would log all the data your client received from the server in a text file. If some programmer could make an app like that it would be epic, that way every forumer could download it and we could get statistics for different trophy ranges, TH's and raiding times/days.

Sorry Im calling b/s. Im sitting in c1 at the moment and can get a decent 200k gold within an avaerage of 20 nexts.

I always sit and farm between C2 and M3 and have done for weeks and weeks. Are you tring to suggest that something magical has happened in the last hour which means I will now need to next 300x.

You coyld try really raiding rather just going for abandonded bases and a few unprotected mines?


It sounds like you are punching above your weight, why not try dropping to a more appropriate league for your level.

If you are a semi-levelled TH9 then try 1850 to 2150. That's the range I used to farm in and it was ok, well can't complain anyway other than the odd 50-100k blown on fruitless nexting. But if that happens just walk away for 30 mins.

I'm not questioning your gold grab or your skill as a farmer. I'm questioning finding that kind of loot with only 20 nexts. It NEVER happens for me. NEVER, EVER. NEVER. The minimum nexts since December has been 30 with the average being 50.

And I don't really care about ppls gold grab anyway. Boosting makes gold grabs a highly overrated statistic.

Try an army comp rather than barch and go after some storages. Loot is out there sometimes, sometimes it's not. Not sure why barchers complain so often when they are limiting their raiding from the start by not being able to go after decent storage bases.

Storage raiding doesn't make any sense from a loot per hour standpoint. A storage raid army needs at least a 30 minute cook time and generally 2 or 3 spells unless you find a truly pathetic base. So unless you can log on every 30 minutes all day long (and of course if you do that you are going to get bled dry by ppl attacking you since you are constantly breaking your shield) the best you are going to do is 500k per hour. That's not going to max walls at th9.

I continue to say th9 loot has been good for me. I had great success in January/February 1400-1600, and I'm having good success in March (2000-2300), BArching both times. I am not saying you are doing anything wrong, but I am saying some people are finding good loot at th9. By good, I mean 10-20 nexts to find gold 150k-300k in storages (can't always get it all, but can get a lot of it), with a collector raid every few battles for 150k+ easy with minimal troops. I know people do better, but the point is this is sufficient for sustained gameplay.
