What is so awesome about dragons in cc (defense)?

Just a random thought, but my favorite composition is 2 giants, 2 wizards, 2 archers. Lvl 5+ giants are a paiiiiinnnnn to kill off and while they're soaking up the damage, the wizards do massive damage and the archers hide behind the wizards to make the enemy die off sooner. People underestimate troops like drags and giants in the cc :P

Giants are not too hard to take down…

They move slowly, I will give you that, but as of yet there is no difference of troops. If I wanted a slow moving high hitpoints troop, I would have a pekka or golem in my cc (if I upgrade my cc to fit golems)

Have you ever tried to kill a dragon with barch? Archers go right past it and barbs cant even hit it

This. I only Barch for now, and it is maddening having archers simply ignore a dragon and keep hitting further things than the dragon sitting in front of their faces. Archers are simply too idiotic to be a reliable source of anti-dragon army comp.

I barch and easily take out dragons in the cc. Am I the only one who has an easy time with this?

One more advantage of a dragon as CC is it can defend for 2-3 attacks in the lower trophy range.

Well there are a limited number of troops which can attack dragons only arch, wiz, etc.

Secondly after deploying BARCHers tend to clump and one splash of the dragons can kill them

I honestly love when I see wizards come out of cc because 1 lightning spell and they're pretty much dead just need maybe 3 archers to finish them... Way easier than dragons for me

I like wizz the most in my cc.

I've had replays where the wizz (lvl6) from my cc just obliterated 6 lvl4 pekka in about 3 seconds from behind a wall.

I barch and easily take out dragons in the cc. Am I the only one who has an easy time with this?

Probably. Just got barched a couple hours ago with drag in cc. Came out and roasted their first line of archers, who were too busy with collectors to notice the dragon melting their face off. Already deployed archers < dragon
