sending money and elixer to clan mates

i hate waiting for my mines and elixir pumps to give me what i need. some people want to get rid of some but they cant so i wish that this could be in any future updates.

Resource trading/donating is ruled out by SC. It would just be OP and cut down on SCs reveune.

This would be so dumb. Anyone who knows a near maxed th10 can just auto upgrade whatever they want...and people would pay others for a cheaper fill on their storages which would lower profits for SC
