The hard way and the right way are usually the same way. Write that down....then go max your base.
Sharonsym has long since maxed his base. I'm sure he did it much faster and more efficiently than you. Why not grow a pair and not talk @@@@ to people who aren't even on this forum anymore.

For those of you not very good at math like this guy, that means I can make gold for whatever upgrade I need and logoff before you even see my gold. On the off chance that I don't make enough, you might raid me for 300k+ (I usually get sniped), but I'll make it back in 1-2 raids once I get back on. So please feel free to raid me, enjoy those resources maxing your base. Maxers always say rushers have that "I'm right and there's no other way to do it" attitude. Well, I say, why do maxers always bring this ♥♥♥♥...I feel no need to waste my time here anymore.
Ah but you did waste your time lol

My post was to get arise out of a rusher and it did. YOU.

Yes you can get stronget offensively blah blah but only if you play in session. What about casual players?

Be honest and dont tell me you dont pity the premmies that you raid dry because their base couldn't protect their resources?

How many premmies have quit due to the fact that they were too weak to even rush in the first place.

How many threads do you see in the forums that say "Help! Premature TH"?

Rush can be effective but extremely risky. If you fail, you're going to be in alot of hurt for approximately 2-3 months until you can recover.

Now before another rusher goes ballistic, let me be clear by saying that I am not against rushing nor am I promoting maxing.

All I'm saying is promoting rushing for EVERYONE is dangerous if they are not ready.

I was not a max TH 8 but I was near max. The major concern for most new 9s is that they are initially weak and they get attacked by 8s, 9s and 10s.

When I hit 9, I had max gold/elix storages and 40k DE so I was able to get both xbows and my AQ. I only play 4hrs a day max and I needed to be able to protect my resources for upgrades and stay in G1- C3.

If I rushed, Id be like my clan mate who after 2 months had minimal upgrades and level 4 troops.

So if players want to rush, go ahead but you better be ready with a plan or your base might be the next inactive I come across while nexting.

Meh...Rush / Premmie...Two different things. Rushing demands skill, and work. If someone premmied their base, then that is on them. I play 2-3 hours weekdays, 4+ on weekends. Not exactly casual, but not hardcore either... Anyway, why can't people be proactive here, instead of trying to get a rise out of "rushers". Seems there could be threads way more beneficial to this community. I don't pity Premmies btw, and I wouldn't want your pity. Nor would I ask for your help, if I found myself in a "premmie" state. People who ask for help here are a dime a dozen. Why don't you create a thread that teaches people how to play this game. Seems like a lot better thing to do, than waste my time... Sharonsym tried to, now there are only a bunch of people trolling his threads it would seem...sad.

I have several TH9's in my clan that are close to max, and its killing us in wars. Its matching us up with several TH10's who aren't maxed, yet have a few max troops (Either Pekka's, golems or wizards, or 2-3 maxed troop).

While rushing is bad, so is maxing when it comes to clan wars.

You know what? People like sharonysm actually have a point and I'm starting to realise this. If I followed the advise of maxing everyone, I would still be a TH8 probably upgrading golems or pekka's in lab now. I've been in TH9 for two weeks now and I'm on course to finishing lego walls next week before the boost ends and xbows will be going to level 3 by the end of the week.. Imagine had I stayed at TH8 to finish my lab upgrades? I definitely would not be where I am now.

I have only spent $5 on some gems for my 4th builder to help things along a little, and don't plan on spending any more. I am 1 day into TH 7 and I will be happy hanging here for a month or more if it takes it till everything is max (including king). It's how I choose to play. I may be better off getting near max then going to TH 8, but like I said, I am in no hurry. I enjoy playing, and I think the reason many of the TH 10's quit is because either they have been playing for 2 years and are burned out, or they spent a lot of money to rush to that level and now find it painstakenly difficult/long to upgrade. Personally, I'd rather enjoy the game as much as I can, for as cheap as I can, in the way I choose fit. So all these "rush TH" or "don't rush TH" mean little to me. I don't believe anyone has the right to criticize anyone else for how they choose to play, but helpful advise should always be taken into consideration. Personally, I am the type to enjoy the journey, rather than the destination.
I think thats great, So would Sharonsym. His whole thing was that he was trying to get people to realize they didn't have to max. Maxing was always up to the user though. You should always move at your own pace/enjoyment level...

The way I see it is, the game is an adventure. I am going to enjoy all levels and what they have to offer. In order to enjoy all lab upgrades and different strategies for each level, I have to max them. By the time I max lab, usually defenses are maxed too.

I do not get rushing. So you get to TH10 and what? What is the point of rushing to end game? I have played a lot of MMOs of this type to know that you should enjoy and take your time till you reach end game, because once you get there it becomes boring and you get is just looking for the next big upgrade of the game. It becomes repetitive and there is nothing to look forward to, at least that is how I see it.

Also I think rushing hurts wars and it is not as much fun. Sure you will be high level TH and since your defense is low you will be matched against lower THs, but is this really the reason to play? To roll people 1-3 THs lower then you? You can probably do that with goblins . I like when I see at war that my maxed base has been attacked 3-4 times to finally get 3 starts from same level, or even a level higher then me.

In another words, I like challenge. Rushing to TH10 does not require skill, patience or anything for that matter. It is plain barch, only upgrade barch and TH. So boring.
