Why don't you just admit there is no defense and stop being silly?

There are built in defenses.
1) A cap 6-4% based on th level.
2) ability to upgrade your storage to give it more HP thus less DE taken per hit.
3) their hp was buffed in the past to lessen amount taken in a zap.

1) The DE cap still progressively goes up as your town hall level does (ie TH8=2k TH9=2.5k TH10=3k)
2) Anyone who means to upgrade their heroes has a max storage (for TH level ofc, I only am TH8 so it's not technically max yet), yet they STILL consistently lose 1.5K to zappers
3) Still stands that I cannot do anything to stop you mindlessly zap zap zapping my DE, base design means ♥♥♥♥. Also, the more HP buff might have made it fair before the loot change happened, but now people can actually take more DE from a base, so zapping has actually gotten more​ profitable.

But hey, it's pretty easy not to care about DE when you have maxed heroes

I have a max DE storage, and I had 30k DE for an AQ upgrade and still got zapped.

My TH7 was zapped when he had 19k DE....

While I was a TH7, I literally had only 63 DE available to the attacker one time, and I got zapped.
