Lightning on DE storage is getting pretty ridiculous

Sigh, not another thread about this rant.

First of all you only lost 1.7K DE, that's nothing, you can easily make that up in a raid or two, or at least I can.

Even so, upgrade your DE storage if it continues to happen, and revenge zappers so they learn their own lesson...I don't think zapping shall ever be stopped completely.

The attack on the bottom that is cut off is also a lightning on DE storage attack, but the point is not that I got lightninged just 3 times. I probably have probably lost more DE from lightning attacks than from legitimate raids at this point. My DE storage is already maxed level.

Why do people need to complaint about everything? It is part of the game. Please quit OP, no one will zap you after that.I see where that quote came from "people will complaint about anything, if SC gave out free gems to everyone, they will get complainted too".

If you don't complain about something that is broken, it won't get fixed. If you get lightninged every other attack you'd be complaining too.

No, I didn't get barbarian king till TH8, before going to TH9 I got BK to level 10 without using lightning on a single DE storage.

Come on if they can do it then you can to and if you say the training time is too long well thats what the original attacker has to deal with(i dont zap myself and do get zapped tons and i take it on the chin as i know i could do it as well)

The attacker usually don't hold that much DE so I wouldn't make as much a profit for doing the same to them, but I wouldn't do something I'm against anyway. I would raid them legitimately though.

It's not about manning up and revenging, it's about the next attack and the next attack and the next attack. There's no way to stop it and there's no protection against it.

Although when we were lowly TH7s we had to pay gold for our spells, and boosting was never an option for 45 mins at 25 gems.

TH7s today have a much cheaper boost option and only have to pay elixir for their spells.

They are getting it much easier then we used to.

That is why I believe it should be changed to a exponential storage loss. It won't eliminate the tactic, but won't make it quite as profitable. To balance for the fact that the tactic is far more common and cheaper today as opposed to 6 months ago.
