Ranks and Chat Moderating

Hey all. I'm TheTrueSoml, or simply Soml on almost all other games I play. I am currently the leader of "the gold kings", a medium level clan deigned to be friendly and open to all.

However, I've ran into some issues, especially as of late, with the "open to all" problem. Every now and then, we'll recruit someone, or they'll join randomly, who is simply rude, posts inflammatory/inappropriate posts, and then simply leaves. I think these issues could be a simple fix if we had any, or all of the following:

1) The ability to report within the Clan Chat.
2) An option that allows someone of elder+ (perhaps select which rank?) to be able to hide posts in the chat.

There's always the kick option, but that does not remove the content tainting the chat. It's also not helpful when the offending party leaves on their own anyways.

Any feedback/additions would be more than welcomed. Thanks!

I don't want to have to do that, though. I would like to keep our clan open to the community, and friendly. Closing it to invite only only adds more of a burden to our current members. That doesn't necessarily solve the problem either. People can still get invited and cause trouble, and I would still be powerless to clean it up.
