I agree with this idea, only that instead of upgrading all walls, it would be more appropriate to be, upgraded X number of walls to lvl 5, 7, 9 since different level of townhalls have different number of walls.

Good point, however I think upgrading all walls would benefit those who don't rush their town hall. For instance if a guy rushed to get to town hall 8 before getting all level 7 walls, then he have to upgrade those other new walls along with what he originally had left to level 7 before getting the achievement. Regardless that can be figured out later, I just think since walls take so much time and gold, we should be entitled to some sort of reward!

Since walls cost so much and take a while to level up, why not reward us with some gems? We already get a reward for destroying walls, so why not reward us for upgrading some? I think level 5 walls are reasonably obtainable after a few weeks of playing and I think 10 or 20 gems would be a nice reward, especially for someone going after their 3rd builder. Level 7 walls are much harder and would probably take a month at minimum. It'd cost ~50million to level up all 175 walls from level 5 to 7, which is a solid hunk of gold. Maybe reward us with 100 gems or so for that? I personally haven't even gotten to level 9 walls, so I can't really vouch for it, but I think 500ish gems would maybe be reasonable for that? Maybe some other higher level players could add some input.

Hope this idea could get some consideration if it hasn't been already suggested!

But you don't get a reward for building them. Building walls is it's own reward, just like any other "build" action.
