Finally found the solution!

What if there was a feature for requesting troops where you could only donate what the player is specifically asking for.

Example. If the player asks for 30 level 6 archers you could not donate anything to that player but those troops.

This feature could be turned on and off also.

I think this idea is terrible as it stops other clan members from donating to people.

All it would do is allow players to get the troops that they ask for. Again this feature could be turned off if you don't care what you get.

I prefer wzrds or archers in my CC, rather than giants or barbarians, so when people just fill my CC withrandom ♥♥ so they can get the xp and a step closer to the "friend in need" achievement I get a little upset.

Def a possibility worth considering in the future. Would save some clans a lot of arguing / bickering id imagine.

Haha that's how I came up with the idea.
Players in my clan were fighting that people weren't donating the troops they were asking for.
