    Wow

    I literally just joined this forum to respond to this thread.

    i think it's absolutely ridiculous that someone can have an issue like this and open ticket after ticket and get no response from supercell at all.

    thats really poor customer service and the dismissive tone from some posters here is just plain rude.

    if the poster is wrong, and there is a REASON for his/her gems being missing then that is all they are looking for.

    someone mentioned earlier that supercell could tell him what the gems were spent on if, as everyone outside the op seems to believe they didn't just disappear.

    this seems like a pretty simple bit of info for someone at supercell to divulge within the time taken so far.

    It may not be a hard task however there are thousands who wait before him in que.

    Hi,

    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

    Glad to see u again here shiwampaw. But plz don't start again and again this fairytales, just ask my question and give info that u promise. Oou by the way how is ur exams? :-)

    Unfortunately nobody can escalate your ticket for you anymore. You have to be patient for a reply, they will reply.

    Please check your spam and junk just in case as the time you have waited isn't too normal. Search for anything from Supercell in your inbox and the support etc.

    I bought 10.49 of gems last year, around 25 days for a reply and the email said 'sorry we cannot refund your money or gems'. I sat on the ground facepalmin my balls off thinking "YOU'RE THE TOP GROSSING GAME COMPANY JUST GIMMEH 1200 GEMS LADDY!" I never got a refund because apparently I never bought anything after checking my apple emails yet 10.49 disappeared from my iTunes :P.
