Town Hall troops for defence

Add the option to put your own troops inside the Town Hall the same way they are put in the clan castle. They are used only for defence purpose (no way to deploy them in battle).

This would lead to a more interesting positioning of the TH, pushing people not to put it outside the walls.

Ideas to make this more balanced could be

• add a cooldown (even a long one: 1d per example)
• add a cost to put troops there (maybe equal to the troop cost or a multiple of it)
• reduce the number of spaces (even if it would be fair to have at least 20 for dragons)

farming means attacking aiming to resources, not to th. Easy shields would die, not farming.
