Ok so you have a list of building that you want to build next so if all your builders are working and they finish when you not on they will start the first or next building on the list. That way if your not on for a wile you won't be wasting your time having a builder sit around doing nothing. They could make it so you pre pay or they could make it so if you can't afford it, it will move on to the next building it can afford.
Cool idea, but I can't see it being implemented sadly. Mainly because supercell wants you to play more and actually be active. Also, many people could just max rescources, start a list, and come back In a month and be upgraded a lot without even logging on.
This is actually ruled out(unfortunately, as I can barely go on and this would be super helpful), most likely because of what Mpward said above. Also because there would be less loot this way, and no one wants that, right?
What if they put a limit on the amount of buildings on your list, like only up to five buildings
