The solution is to give th7s a dark elixer drill to level 1 and let th8 get a drill that goes to level 6, instead of being capped at level 3. Its bull that th7 gets a storage, but no drill. About their only option is to zap dark elixer.

EVERYONE HATES DARK ELIXIR ZAPPING. Let's say I have 19,900 DE and I need 100 more for a Barbarian King upgrade. I'm a TH 10 and a TH 8 finds my base and uses 3 lightning spells on it. Due to LOOT PENALTY, He will take about 2,000. SERIOUSLY SUPERCELL? IVE BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME FAR TOO LONG FOR THIS ♥♥♥♥!!! I understand that every game has its ups and downs but this can easily be done in the next update.




-THE SOLUTION-
This has been proposed a MILLION times in the forums but you guys take like 5% of our feedback! the one that benefits you! HOW ABOUT THIS :
We get things call "LIGHTNING RODS" that prevent a certain building from suffering damage from a lightning spell. You get 1 at TH8 and 1 at TH9 which equals two and maybe 1 at TH10. YOU COULD put it in any building but it would be mainly used for your Dark Elixir storage. How hard is it to make an update that allows you to put lightning rods on your buildings?

There are no loot bonuses for attacking a higher townhall, they are built into the loot cap per townhall. There are still loot penalties for attacking a lower townhall.

As a TH10 i lose about 1400-1500 de when someone lstrikes my 80kish de with 4xlstrike5.

False. They removed the loot increase of lower TH vs higher TH, partly to help zapping.
and if you dont even have 20000, theres no way they can take 2000, even if they destroy it completely, since they can take 5% max, which is 1000 max. Much less with 3 lightning spells. Stop exaggerating, use facts and maybe your argument would be more compelling

But it would be op, maybe like in trap form, and it takes up on space and can only take one lightning spell away and one upgrade allows it to take two, but i just described an overly op trap nvm

But th10 loot cap is 4% up to 75000 de. So 20000 de would provide 800 de if its fully destroyed. So 3 lstrike3 would net you less than 300de.

As 2 other people already pointed out, there's no way u could loose 2k from having only 19k. Clearly the problem is being exaggerated. Yes zapping sucks but u loose so little, especially with an upgraded storage.
