So, it is unlocked at SF lvl 6. It is in like a grey bottle. Once dropped, a tornado will come and do up to 400 damage within a 4 tile radius. But it is expensive. It will cost 4'000'000 elixir to upgrade to spell factory 6 and takes 10 days to upgrade. Lvl 1 spell is 50'000 elixir and takes 1 hour to make.
