I think that giants in numbers are big but they still don't do enough damage and I also think Ballons are under in health. I think giants should have damage X2 on defenses and Ballons should have more health starting at level 2

Doubling giants' damage would make them way too OP (I use only 10 giants with giant/healer and it works great).
Balloons do NOT need more health. Have you seen the damage per hit on a level six balloon? It's 648. I wouldn't want a horde of 40 of these attacking my base and not die in 1-2 hits.
So, what you want is monster OP units. Giants, which have a relatively high hp, you want higher damage. Balloons, which have massive damage, you want more health to survive your raids.
Just my two cents. No support, sorry.
I get that this is a wish list, but think it through. That means your defense is pretty vulnerable against giants. You'll probably lose more than you gain from this

I'm not sure what lvl Giants or Ballons you have, but lvl 6 Giants have 43dps (86d every damage) and ballons have over 500hp on lvl 6, but still. I think Ballons should be upgradet like 100hp or more, but lvl 7 troops is on the way, so Let's see!
