I think that there should be a new feature to where clan leaders, co-leaders, and elders can go to a section and find and recruit members that are looking for a clan. This prevents the large amount of global chat spam saying "Join Here!" and "Now Recruiting!". This allows members to talk to others more freely without interruption, and also allows smaller clans and bigger clans to look for people more like them.

The way that it would work is there would be a button on the clan castle that is available for all higher ranking positions such as elder, co-leader, and leader. Once clicked it will take you to a list of people that do not have clans that are looking for a clan. You can browse people who are bronze, silver, gold, etc. and or search set your clan as a "Active Recruitment" status. Members choose whether they want to be on the recruitment boards, or whether they want to fly solo. This will create more recruitment and make clans bigger without having to worry about global spam.

You can set an "advertisement" for your clan to get more popularity and traffic. Advertisements can cost gold, and or gems. You can browse specific league players looking for clans, therefor you can find players you are looking for.
