Gotta love this game, I went to bed last night with 3145 trophies and logged on first thing this morning to find that I won 2 defenses in a row for +28 and +35 to get to 3208! Who says defense is dead. It's like my old football coach said, Defense Wins Championships, or in this case defense got me to Champions League. It sure beats grinding out that last 55 trophies at 5-10 per attack.
To be honest, I was shocked to see that I won back to back without reloading my defense, since it doesn't happen very often. Thankfully, the first attacker was so inept that he was kind enough to leave me a barbarian king and a dragon in my clan castle, as they made a difference when the second attacker got 48% and almost got my TH. Very thin margin between a +35 win and a 2 star loss, but I will take it.
