I think across the road from the mailbox where the wheel of fortune truck pulls up. We should have train tracks. And once a day or twice. A train would pull up with two or three cars to load up. Grain,milk,produce,etc. It would work similar to the boat orders.

train would make sense. I, however, was thinking it should be on the hillside above the farm with an incline/conveyor system to get the items up there!

Also with the boat idea that takes you to a completely different area to fish. It could be a passenger train and take us to different maps with more areas to explore!
I like train idea. This game is addictive. But i wish the barn/silo upgrades actually increased capabilities more. It also be great that if the parts for upgrades didnt take up space but still be sellable.
They should add a train that works like the boat for higher levels. There should be new items and the train would take longer to fill up, kind of like an upgrade from the boat. This would be helpfull for higher level people who are getting bored of the boat and not getting enough xp. I would say lvl 55 maybe?
