Raising the search cost? This is an absolutely awful idea. Do you realize how much people spend spend searching as it is? It would be even worse! I spend 50k gold sometimes looking for a base to attack, I cant imagine spending more.

Personally, I think this is the opposite of a good idea, and will not solve any problems. As for the comment about "making it harder for townhall snipers" well, i think that they already have a hard enough time, and cannot really get higher than crystal anyways. This is just my very own opinion.

SuperCell are trying to make inactive bases less appealing; hence the new loot formulas.

Such a thing would be going backwards in their vision for how attacking is supposed to work.

The problem however...is gold disappears too fast for this loot system to work optimally. When will SuperCell wake up and generate more gold for this new system to actually deliver?

Word I am all for this. Now that I have moved to TH8 I am feeling the effects much harder. Hope they do something..

Dont change my words around "buddy". And i dont know if you've ever tried to push to masters but it's already hard enough, let alone wasting more gold into the search button.
