See if you can preform your "trick" on him. The one you posted in a different RIP Santa Strike thread...
Lure and kill cc and heros then attack base until 39% then end battle hopefully popping some bombs and taking some storages
Go join his clan, scout his traps and weaknesses, request some maxx troops from him (if possible) leave his clan build a army thats good enough to detonate all his traps, kill his heros, kill his cc troops. (also if possible steal some of his resources.) Make sure to use his own troops against him and then leave with 39%
Clash of Clans:
Level 103, TH9, 25/250 legos, 225/250 skull walls, BK lvl 10, AQ lvl 10
Boom Beach:
Level 44, Head Quarter level 17

This guys is cup hunting. Leaving him at 39% is stupid. Just crush him!

Hog him to death. You should be able to 3-star him with 30-40 hogs, a few heal spells, and then some other troops to clean up.

Go to his clan, strike up a friendship. Become best friends, then in a year or two say you want to come over and visit. Ask when he is home, and go around there when he is out instead. Sleep with his wife/girlfriend. Then leave a note under the toilet seat, saying "i slept with your missus because you blew up my santa strike!". Merry Xmasthen tell the whole clan about it and leave.
