Everyone hates hoppers

Everyone hates hoppers join a clan request troops leave. I thought of an easy way to fix this. When someone leaves a clan it empties the clan castle and short delay on rejoining another clan. The delay doesn't have to be long no longer then it takes to request more troops. I feel this would discourage hoppers from jumping clan to clan at least not as quick and easy

There is already a 24 ban from joining a clan if you just left one.

Actually our clan finds hoppers who join, be an idiot and leave funny. It's always fun to see them hop between clans and then join their original clan (a pretty bad one)

Simply use the troops before you leave. This will do nothing but annoy legit players.
