He's a forum moderator. Not actually an employee that is involved with the development in this game (at least, to my extent).
I bet Daddy gets exclusive information though, that's for sure.
Anyway, clan wars should be good. In a way it represents or defines the name of the game. "Clash of Clans". Meaning, "Clash of the clans". So I think clan wars would define the game nicely!
