At OP, This wouldn't happen because Gems are not given out for free unless you earn them, E.g. You won a competition, Or removing obstacles. And if you'd like Gems for free, get a Gift Card and buy gems!!!

Guy, imagine that u sell televisions. U gain money with that. That is your work. Would u simply give televisions for everyone you see? U would not gain money with this. The SuperCell staff works hard, and the games they have are all free. How do they gain money? People buy gems at clash and diamonds at hay day. If they simply gave 500 gems for everyone, they wouldn't gain money. Mind this.
