Whenever i only get 100k out of 300k due to my own failure, i just slap myself a lot. I hit my own face until i forgive myself for being a loser.

couple of times when playing drunk, if I lose a raid while pushing I throw a glass or a bottle to the wall.. Once it went through the window accidently but luckily it was still early so I could get it replaced
