If you have a screenshot of him saying that then Contact support using the in game report an issue feature by:

Opening Clash
Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.

They will take time to reply, but you will have done your part if you provided screenshots.
